Frobisher makes his first appearance in The Shape Shifter, although he doesn't change into his more familiar penguin persona until Issue 90. The Cover does it again - 'Colin Baker is the Doctor!' it screams (obviously someone must've liked issue 61 and decided to try and get the actor's name right this time)

Not listed in the contents page of this issue (but listed above) is an article entitled "Who'd have believed it?". Written by 'John Wakefield' (of 'Ambassadors of Death' fame!) it told of an amazing restoration and colourisation of Episode 4 of 'The Tenth Planet'.The most amazing fact being that a copy of episode 4 exisited in the first place! Of course this was a complete hoax (see 'The Phoenix Rises' in Issue 76) with the project code being 01:04/84, but was a well written piece of deception. By 1992 Truth became stranger than Fiction as The Restoration Team successfully recoloured 'The Daemons' and ' Terror of the Autons'... (See Issues 196 and 199).
