A Special Farewell to Tom Baker Issue, with a look back at the Fourth Doctor's adventures.

The first Matrix Data Bank is published, giving Jeremy Bentham the opportunity to show off his knowledge. Looking at the first batch of questions one is surprised to find they are quite intelligent questions, not just "How long is Tom Baker's Scarf", or "How many times has The Doctor eaten/slept,/drank" as in later years.

The Letters page is given over to publishing one fan's listing of Target Paperbacks. It also includes some Annuals, and other publications (such as The Making of... and The Monster Book).
